By registering for GO BALLISTIC, all participants, parents/guardians, coaches, and team representatives agree to the following terms:

Safety & Conduct

All teams must follow launch safety procedures and directions provided by event staff and range safety officers.
Unsafe behavior, failure to follow instructions, or conduct that creates a risk to participants or spectators may result in disqualification or removal from the event.

Eligibility

Teams are responsible for ensuring they meet all competition requirements, rules, and deadlines.
Event organizers reserve the right to verify eligibility and reject registrations that do not comply with event guidelines.

Waivers & Participation

A signed participant waiver and any required parent/guardian consent forms must be completed before participation in launch activities.
Participants acknowledge that model rocketry involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, equipment failure, weather conditions, and launch-related hazards.

Weather & Schedule Changes

Event schedules, launch windows, and activities may change due to weather, field conditions, safety concerns, or operational needs.
Organizers reserve the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event if necessary.

Photography & Media Release

Participants grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for promotional, educational, and event-related purposes without compensation.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers.
Transfers or substitutions may be permitted at the discretion of event organizers.

Liability

Participants attend and participate at their own risk.
Event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliated organizations are not responsible for personal injury, lost property, equipment damage, or other losses arising from participation in the event.

Rules & Decisions

All scoring, flight rulings, and competition decisions made by event officials are final.
